Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued by a male escort who has accused him of sexual assault dating back to 2012. The individual, identified as John Doe in the lawsuit filed on February 26 in the Southern District of New York, alleges that Combs assaulted him and subsequently threatened him to remain silent, allegedly stating, “If I can get Pac [Tupac] hit, what the fuck do you think can happen to you?”
According to the Florida-based accuser, he met Diddy in 2012 after being hired by Combs to come to New York City. Upon his arrival at the Intercontinental Hotel, Doe claims that Combs compelled him to engage in “oral and penetrative sex” with a woman present in the room.
During the encounter, Doe alleges that Combs gave him a water bottle and began applying baby oil all over his body — “one or both of which made Doe feel as if he had been drugged and not in complete control of his body,” as stated in the lawsuit. Doe asserts that Combs inserted his finger into his anus and “forcibly anally raped” him, despite Doe consistently telling him to stop and shouting “no” due to his pain.
“You better not say a word to anybody about this. Did you hear me,” Doe recalls Combs saying after the incident. He also claims Combs referenced Tupac’s death by stating, “I’m not fucking playing with you. If I can get Pac hit, what the fuck do you think can happen to you?”
Representatives for Combs did not respond immediately to Variety‘s request for comment. Currently, Combs is being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, where he is expected to remain until his criminal trial, which is scheduled for May 5.
