Police amp up search for man who attacked a woman with boiling liquid in London

Police have launched a manhunt for the man who attacked a woman with boiling water on Walworth Road in Southwark, London, back in November of 2022.

In a statement to the Independent, a spokesperson for the Met police said: “It was subsequently established that a man – who was not known to the victim – had thrown boiling liquid at her.

Police have released an image of a person of interest they would like to speak to.
