Security deal
The three governments signed an Arctic and North Atlantic security agreement on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly.
Reports say it allows added defense areas and missile defense while restating Greenland’s self-determination.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the United States should keep at least two bases there.
