Bodybuilder Kali Muscle Hospitalized After Collapsing at Gym

LOS ANGELES, CA – Bodybuilding influencer and internet personality Kali Muscle was hospitalized this weekend after suffering a significant medical emergency during a workout.

According to a report by TMZ, the 50-year-old fitness star fainted while exercising at a gym on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Witnesses indicate the incident occurred abruptly during his training session, prompting an immediate emergency response. He was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment.

This latest health scare comes just over four years after the former bodybuilder suffered a massive heart attack in November 2021. At that time, doctors discovered a 100% blockage in his "left main" artery—a condition often referred to as a "widowmaker." Following that life-threatening event, Kali Muscle (born Chuck Kirkendall) publicly denounced the use of performance-enhancing drugs and radically altered his lifestyle, adopting a strict diet consisting largely of fruit and water.
